Compensation: CTC Starts from 9k to 12k per month + Incentives based on Performance (Incentive Scheme will drive your package to the next level).

Roles & Responsibilities

• Freshers can also apply but willing to build his/her career into Sales Profile Education Sector
• Profession of doing career counseling or guide to the best being career advisor or counselor
• A candidate with experience from sales into Education Sector is preferable
• Previous working experience from Management institute is preferable

Key Skills:

• Student Counselling, Academic counselor, Cold calling or tele-calling sales, educational sales
• Good Communication Skills and writing skills, B2C Education Sales

Counselling for Programs:

• Providing counselling to students and help them choosing the right career path
• Responsible for overall Counseling Initiatives of the Consulting admission Business
• Cold calling, lead generation & identify prospects and converting them into admissions

Ability:

• Highly energetic, self-motivated and ability to create good environment
• Quick learner & learning for leadership
• Hard working individuals looking for the right break to grow in a self-driven environment
• Result oriented individual with a go get attitude
