We have opening for Senior Manager @ kotak Mahindra Life Insurance co ltd

Location; Bangalore ,Mangalore,Hubli,Mysore, shimoga.

Recruitment,management and supervision of Managing partners, Branch Manager, Mentors(CBMs) & Team Leads. & help them in achieving their financial goals,there by generating business for the Company.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit,engage and launch CBMs & Branch Managers
Should be a good Team Manager
Ensure that PFAs have a healthy persist ency
Good Experience and Preferences
Minimum 5+ years work experience with 3-4 years experience in sale of life insurance products
Past experience in managing High Performing  agents
Experience in managing and supervising teams of at least 3 to 5 persons
Functional Competencies
Ability to impart knowledge in sourcing high profile distributors of insurance/financial products


Ability to guide Branch heads, on financial concepts with special emphasis on insurance products
Basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office(excel/word/ppt) Fixed Salary + Conveyance allowance + Direct Business   Income+ Foreign Travel+ Own Business Opportunity.
Qualifications : Any Degree/ Diploma/Masters.
