Job Description

Exciting job opportunity in the field of Analytical chemistry and Supercritical Fluid Chromatography!!!

Must have:

Hands on experience on SFC separation and characterization of impurities.
Hands on experience with analytical instruments such as SFC LCMS NMR and GCMS.
Theoretical knowledge in various analytical techniques and skills in analytical data interpretation.
Should be familiar with analytical method development using SFC LCMS and Preparative HPLC/ SFC.

Job location: Bangalore
Educational Qualification:

Ph.D in Analytical Chemistry OR Masters in Analytical Chemistry
Experience:

4 to 6 years (after Ph.D) / 10+ years (after Masters)
Job Purpose:

To provide Analytical Purification Support to Medicinal Chemistry team using Supercritical Fluid Chromatography Preparative HPLC LCMS instruments.

Key Responsibilities:

Development of chromatographic methods and processes for the analysis and purification of small molecules to support medicinal chemistry.
Performing the analysis using Supercritical Fluid Chromatography LCMS NMR and prep HPLC/ SFC instruments and maintain its documentation as per the procedure.
Follow all operating procedures and other laboratory practices including corrective and preventive actions and calibrations as and where applicable
Maintain effective communication with other teams to resolve the issues.
Prepare SOPs/IOPs/EOPs/OCPs when any new lab activity is identified or existing one requires updation.
