Job Description

To achieve weekly/monthly product segment sales target in defined territory.
To Follow credit policy in defining the payment terms to customer and ensure payment is collected as per weekly/monthly sales & collection target assigned.
To generate lead, enquiries, prospects, through Filed visit & Marketing activities, from identified Target Group (OEM, End users, Industries, PMC, and Contractors) ,in order to increase sales volume of existing dealers.
To plan daily weekly market visit in Permanent Journey plan and visit market for 24 days.
To increase the customer base and penetrate market potential and achieve market growth, Sales Target, in identified SEGMENTS.
All Behavioral Competency Courtesy, politeness, friendliness, trust, empathy with customer, colleague and peers.
Willingness to travel and flair to meet challenges to have strong minded approach to achieve goals.
To understand all the product segment different brands technical specification, application and commercial terms and price.
To know and understand the competitors products offering, price in order to provide engineering solution to customer need.
To have the strong willingness, and ability to seek information, data, understand need of customer by asking relevant meaningful questions (probing).
