Job Description
Trade Compliance Consultant (Rule writing)Work Experience - 3 to 6 years
Work Location - Navi Mumbai / Pune / Chennai
Shift Timing - 12PM to 9 / 10PM (UK Time Zone)
Budget - 18 - 25 LPA (Make a note candidate CTC expectation should not exceed 30% hike on their current.)
Must have Skills -
- Experience in Trade Compliance Rule writing.
- Should be well versed with any of these - Charles River, Bloomberg, Allading, LZ Sentinel, etc.
- Must be well versed with SQL / PLSQL. Advanced SQL with understanding of relational data structure.
- Should be from Capital Market or Investment Banking background.
- Experience in conversion and migration activities involving client deliverables and processes
- Experience in conversion and migration activities involving client deliverables and processes.
- Engagement in data conversion mapping and testing preferred
Responsibilities -
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Taken part in the analysis, design, development, enhancement, and implementation of software solutions
- Identify, compile, analyze and document business requirements that accurately and thoroughly reflect business needs
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with business teams to analyze information needs and functional requirement. Prepare and deliver the following artifacts: Business Requirements, Functional Requirements, Process Flows, Use Cases, Test cases.
- Develop, model, and analyze business processes. Assist the business in identifying ways to maximize operational efficiencies, quality, and compliance
- Ability to solve problems, develop alternative approaches to problems, and resolve conflicts
- Ability to work, contribute, and communicate effectively within immediate team, business personnel and remote teams
- Take ownership and initiative, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables
- Proficiency in PC based software and communication facilities (Windows, MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project, MS Visio, SharePoint, Outlook etc.)
Experience and Skills - Desired
- Must have experience in writing Compliance rules in CRD.
- Understanding of the Financial Services and banking industries preferred.
