Job Description
Role/Job Title:Squad Lead - SFDC
Business:Corporate Functions
Function/ Department:Information Technology - DMS & Enterprise Application
Roles & Responsibilities:
The role holder will be involved to -
- Provide systems input to planning and solutioning (e.g., total effort, changes required to applications, solution architecture)
- Present solutions/development and obtain approval at various technology architecture, change control governance/council reviews
- Coordinate technical design and development activities between developers, other technical delivery managers and system analyst
- Strengthen processes focussing on operational excellence and high quality development, delivery and testing of solutions
- Ensure preparation of all delivery, BTO handover and knowledge base documents
- Coordinate with and manage vendors (along with providing requisite invoice approvals, governing SLAs) to ensure improved product quality
- Champion the CI / CD methodology and tooling, which will include the containerized and non-containerized applications.
- Willing to be hands-on in producing tangible deliverables (requirements specifications, design deliverables, status reports, project plans)
- Utilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed to the Salesforce.com platform
- Continuously be on the look out for emerging technologies, trends, threats and key challenges in underlying technologies, and plan and provide inputs on impact on the Bank.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Run, manage and strengthen L2/L3 processes focussing on operational excellence and transparent and effective communication
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:
- Monitor key parameters on productivity and quality of the team's delivery, and make necessary improvements
Key Success Metrics:
- Delivery KPIs (Time, Budget, Quality, Documentation)
- Overall business satisfaction/adherence to requirements
- Incident Resolution KPIs (TAT, Communication, Feedback Score)
- Adoption of new ways of working
