Dear Candidate,
We are currently hiring for Back office Process.
Minimum eligibility criteria to apply to this position:
o Age: 20 to 35 years of age
o Candidate should be residing within the local transport limits
o centralized pick up provided and Home drop during night shifts.
Undergraduates with min 2 years of experience can apply.
Hiring for Graduates Freshers and Experienced .
Transport Boundaries
Western line -Churchgate till Virar
Central line-C.S.T till Thane
Habour line-CST Till Vashi
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
o Resolve customer query with a friendly and positive manner and provides outstanding service to the customer over Email.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
o Excellent communication skills in English.
o Polite and customer service oriented
o Exhibits patience and empathy to resolve customer queries
o Typing Skills: 20 wpm with 90 % accuracy
PROCESS:
Banking Service
Shift Timing:
Candidates should be comfortable with Uk Shifts
Rotational shifts and night shifts
Interviews would be telephonics and online
