Job Description
- Design and deliver the employee engagement strategy.
- Design and Deliver actionable areas identified in employee surveys.
- Creating effective internal communications strategies and platforms
- Communicate to our entry level roles the People Culture interpretation of policies and processes.
- Establish HR connect
- Drive specific performance review initiatives thru One-One, Focused Group Discussions aiming to create a highly engaged productive teamwork culture.
- Be the first point of contact for all employee grievances and partner with the HR Business Partner in conducting necessary investigations.
- Plan, monitor, and appraise HR activities by scheduling calendarized activities to create fun at work opportunities, with employees, hearing and resolving employee grievances, training managers to coach, counsel and discipline employees.
- Plan and execute RnR functions at regular intervals.
- Handle confidential matters with discretion.
- Identify and anchor projects by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities communicating and coordinating requirements expediting fulfillment.
Requirements
- Degree in HR or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years experience in managing employee engagement activities
