Our Client has gained a rich diversified experience in handling various types of HR solutions and services ranging for Recruitment Solutions, Contract Staffing, Flexi Force, Payroll Outsourcing , Skill Development, Recruitment Process Outsourcing in various Industries
Position : Talent Sourcing and Screening Specialist
Domain : ITES (Lateral)
Location : Work From Home
Requirements
Taking all requirements from Lead / Client POC, along with all required details
Generate resumes as required and associate & allocate them thru Zoho Recruit to Engagement and Scheduling Team / Member
Make Candidate assessment for Jobs which continuous in nature and require publishing to acquire talent
Making Recruiter assessment for each requirement and upload in tool and explain the same to Engagement and Scheduling Team
Brief Engagement and Scheduling Team / Member about JD & make them understand about the same along with process
Set the right expectations with Engagement and Scheduling Team / Member with TAT
Post resumes submission by Engagement and Scheduling Team / Member , review, screen & validate thru call
Process S/L resumes & updates respective stakeholders within TAT
Recruitment process compliance and system administration
