Exchange Server Admin , Office 365, Domino Server Support. 1) Good Hands on experience in Exchange 2013/ office 365 2) Knowledge on troubleshooting the webmail related issue. 3) Good knowledge and understanding with POP3, MAPI, IMAP, SMTP protocols. 4) Knowledge on Active Directory. 5) Familiar and good knowledge with Exchange management Shell. 6)Managing mailbox permission, mailbox Quota, mailbox retention etc. 7) Monitoring the server health, CPU, Memory utilization etc. 8) Mail Flow Troubleshooting. 9) Administration of email SMTP relay to external servers and application servers. 10) Knowledge on Mail applications related troubleshooting 11) Basic Knowledge of windows (Clustering, disk management, Bit-locker etc.), active directory and networking. 12) Good knowledge on Archival Solution. 13) Knowledge on mail filtering, blocking and releasing the mails, log check Gateway related issue. 14) Troubleshooting pending mails, mail workflow related issues 15) Vendor and Stakeholder Management 16) Good experience on managing vendor calls and dealing with stake holders 17) Good knowledge on troubleshooting Domino Server related issues 18) Good knowledge on troubleshooting Domino application related issues 19)Good Knowledge on SourceOne Infrastructure 20) Basic Knowledge on SQL
