Business development, lead generation via various mediums like cold calling, regular follow-ups through calls & emails, face to face meetings, video conferencing with technical / non-technical staff, etc. Creating techno commercial offers for the client.

Conducting technical meetings, freezing technicals and documentation of minutes of meetings.

Coordinating with internal design team w.r.t. technical data, drawings & design of the product.

Coordination with internal operations & production team for timely delivery.

Carrying out commercial discussions, negotiations and freezing commercials.

Working on tenders & contracts. Customer management, strategic planning & project management
