Our Client is an American multinational technology company that provides business consulting, information technology and outsourcing services
Job Title: Customer Support Executive- Voice
Work Location: Hyderabad
Job Role:
  • Take calls Over Phone which involves working in different time zones
  • Take calls from Global clients and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.

Requirements
Candidate should have
  • Excellent English - both verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexible to work in shifts.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Good technical knowledge
  • Only Fresher Candidate can apply for this position
  • Qualification: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate
