About Client
Our client is a an American business services company specializing in customer engagement and business performance
Job Title : Process Associate - Voice Process
6 months contractual

Requirements

Good Communication skills
Take calls Over Phone which involves working in different time zones
Take calls from Global clients and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.
Flexible to work in shifts.
Excellent English - both verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Good technical knowledge

Shift: 6 days Rotational shift
Work Location: Chandigarh
Week Off: 1 Day Rotational week off

Qualification: Under Graduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate.
System will be provided by Company.
Candidate should have own broadband connection.
Fresher and Experience both Candidates Can Apply
Interview Place: Telephonic
Candidate has to be within tricity Chandigarh/Mohali/Panchkula location at present.
