Job Description
7+ years of Project Management experience in managing Digital Transformation projects
Must have Banking exp in- Retail Banking/Wholesale Banking/Wealth Management/Global Trade & Receivables Finance.
Should have domain knowledge of Lending / Payments
Should have hands on experience in- Digital Transformation/Intelligent Automation (RPA/AI/ML)/Process Excellence/Change Management.
Must have experience of working with Global Banks
Should have experience in creating and tracking benefit case or value realisation.
Certified and Proficient in JIRA and Confluence in Agile/SAFe Framework.
Expertise in Senior and Global Stakeholder Engagement and Management.
Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to track project requirements, deliverables, deadlines, schedules and timelines.
Efficient in budget estimation, resource allocation and project planning.
Preparing status reports by gathering, analysing, and summarizing relevant information to generate Cost Estimation, Acceptance, Delivery, Production and Evaluation Reports to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Scheduling and hosting Global Sponsor, Steering Committee, Governance, Business, Finance, Cross-Functional, Daily Stand-ups and Retrospective Meetings.
PMP (Project Management Professional) and Six Sigma certification is a plus but not mandatory.
