JOB TITLE: Sr. Manager Talent Acquisition
Job Location: Pune
Experience level : 15+ years
Responsibilities:
Establish long & short term Talent Acquisition strategies and Operating model for all business lines at Medline India.
Build a strategic workforce plan based on the short and long term demand skills & headcount.
Evaluate and refine multiple sourcing channels to hire the best and maintain the source mix at an optimal cost.
Review data and assess external labour market, the competitive talent environment and Medline business objectives to forecast talent supply &needs.
Prioritize high-level objectives and communicate observation, insights and best practices to business leaders.
Direct and provide thought leadership surrounding the design, launch & delivery of all talent acquisition programs diversity, campus, employee referral, IJBs etc.
Partner with HR on the Talent Planning process towards formulating a resourcing lead talent strategy.
Advise and work with business to build the succession planning talent pipeline key, critical & identified roles/positions.
Establish and administer the selection process and assessment for all roles towards achieving enhanced quality of hires
Oversee and improve overall candidate hiring & onboarding experience
Build strong vendor partner channels and propose options on partnering for our hiring needs.
Evaluate and assess vendor partners for performance, cost and effectiveness.
Organize recruitment events, online & offline to establish a strong employer brand.
Manage external partnerships with institutes, job boards and other talent platforms.
Design and implement key recruitment metrics to measure and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of hiring
Establish the use of digital tools (Tableau, R and AI/ML) and recruitment analytics for process efficiency and better decision making.
Prepare, review & monitor the annual recruitment budget and suggest effective use & optimization
Job Specific Experience :
15 years overall experience with at least 3 years in leading/at a senior role in talent acquisition in reputed organizations.
Experience in working in Captive (GICs) would be preferred.
Successfully developed and implemented talent acquisition strategies that evaluates multiple options, fit for purpose and balances internal business demands and external labor market.
Experience in developing branding strategies to position Medline as an employer of choice at talent marketplace
Successful track record in achieving strategic talent acquisition goals for the enterprise/business units in a fast paced, high volume and complex environment to acquire high quality talent.
Experience enhancing and driving innovative talent acquisition programs/processes based on relevant best practices, external trends, leveraging analytics and provide insights for decision making,.
Proven track record in handling external relationships (vendors, agencies, and branding partners) to consistently deliver beneficial results.
Ability to flex vendors/resources to manage peaks and trough in demands.
Extensive experience in managing large teams and growing and motivating them.
Experience building collaborative working relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Qualifications: MBA / Masters degree with Specialization in HR/management

10.30 am to 7.30 pm daylight saving
11.30 am to 8.30 pm non daylight saving
