3. Sourcing of profiles as per the client requirement
4. Interview Coordination/Follow-up.
5. Meeting Targets.

Required Candidate profile

Graduate with at least 1 - 3 years experience in Non IT recruitment or Fresh MBA with 0 - 3 Years experience in Non IT Recruitment. Must have good communication skill along with Interviewing skills.
