Position: QA/QC Engineer E&I

Job Location: Mumbai, Powai

Type of Job: Office based

Qualification: BE / B Tech Electrical / Electronics & Communications

Certifications: ISO 9001:2015

Experience: 10+yrs

Major Areas of Experience: Oil &Gas, Refineries, Petrochemicals

Duration: 9 Months

Salary: 55,000 (Including all)

No Of Openings: 3

JD:

• Participate in Kick off meeting and QA QC patrols with customer and contractors.
• Finalizing the Manufacturing and field quality plan and inspection test procedure etc of contractors for all electrical supply items.
• Attend FAT of electrical items whenever required.
• Coordinate with project engineers, vendors and suppliers technical issues.
• Attend and discuss technical queries raised by Client during ITP and FQP approvals.
• Review/Approval of Project site Field Quality Plans, Erection procedure and Testing procedure and get approval of these documents from Client/TPIA.
• Ensure the closer of open NC s with site team.
• Conduct site and vendor audits as per planned schedule on Project activities.
• Review contractor quality system and project quality plan to ensure they meet project requirements.
• Review of vendor dossiers for final handover to Site/Client.
• Awareness of IS/IEC/IEEE and other international standards.
• Awareness of hazardous area classification and certification from Govt agencies ( PESO/CCOE/CMRI/DGMS/ATEX/PTB etc)
• Ensure and coordinate with site FQE for erection activities done as per scope work, IFC drawing ,GA drawing and approved FQP.
