Job Description

• Responsible for the Budget and P&L of the Branch
• Responsible for overall commercial and sales activities of the Branch
• Strengthen location sales and tap new potential markets
• Retention of Existing Clients & Generation of New Clients
• Retention & growth of Existing & talented Salesforce
• Ensure timely collections of AR from customer as per approved credit limits
• Achieve individual & Team budget for the branch
• Ensure Sales Team achieves the weekly call targets
• Manage relationships with Carrier & vendors to procure better rates & services
• Ensure Service levels to customer is not compromised & resolve issues with team for smooth shipment execution
