We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, MIS & Reporting
In this role, you will be responsible for reporting and providing insights to Genpact s clients by querying large sets of data from various ERPs and analyzing the same.
Responsibilities
Work for the Analytics team to support one of the biggest hospitality clients
Develop operational SLAs/scorecard and ensures data integrity
Conduct thorough data analysis and provide insights to stakeholders along with relevant commentary for decision support recommendations
Work collaboratively with various operations teams to prepare the SLA metrics, commentaries, and finalize the submission to the client stakeholders
Support month-end activities as and when the need arises
Work on any of the adhoc client and Genpact internal queries and reporting requirements
The role will include collaboration with the Genpact and client s Performance governance, IT and Operations teams
Support the Internal audit and SOX audit requirements from performance reporting perspective
Handle client interaction at VP/Director/Senior Directors level
The role is also responsible for identifying industry structure trends and translating all insights into a clear view of the implications for client
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Rich experience in F&A or MIS reporting, along with domain knowledge in any specific F&A area PTP, OTC, and RTR
Advanced capability with Microsoft Excel
Ability to think logically
Strong Quantitative analysis skills and analytical based thinking
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and experienced in conducting meetings with clients and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and adapt to shifting priorities
Must be a self-starter, flexible, and able to work on time sensitive projects
without daily supervision
Flexible to work in any shifts and commitment to work on long term basis is required.
