Raay.Me is currently expanding its operations in India and there are multiple opportunities in our sales team. Currently looking out for a Sales Manager who would be working along with the Project Management and Operations teams to help build the business in India and accomplish company vision within budget while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for managing and overseeing the panel services for online research projects.
2. Meet and exceed sales targets.
3. Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
4. Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives and develop strategic partnerships
5. Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
6. Ensure timely and accurate responses to all customers

Qualifications:

• B.E./ B.Tech/BBA/MBA from a reputed university.
• Minimum of 2 years of market research and project management experience.
• Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
• Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Is highly collaborative and gets along well with people.
• Must be detail oriented, flexible and resourceful.
• Eye for detail and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to thrive in a start-up and entrepreneurial environment.

The desired candidate will be able to generate new leads and close opportunities in Indian Market Research industry. This person will use his/her expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with new and existing customers. Renumeration would be best in the industry.
