Job Description

End to end responsibility of managing overall production activities for ensuring achievement of production target with respect to quantity, quality and cost & in compliance with the safety health & environment norms.
Planning of Production , Inventory control & Scheduling.
- Preparation of monthly production/weekly production report.
- Implementation of systems to ascertain zero defects.
- Check & declare the yield (WIP) of the batch as each stage in BMR & Production System.
- Conduct Internal Training .
- Accountability of Man, Machine and Material on daily basis.
- Receipt of dispensed material from day store and to ensure batch
Wise issuance to Production area.
- Coordination with purchase department for timely supply of
  RM/PM to run the line Smoothly.
  - Check documentation as per GMP guide lines.
  - All the records/documents pertaining to production, safety and
  Quality matters are Maintained and updated time to time.
  Careful monitoring in order to prevent mix-ups, cross .
Positions are are for Pharma and Cosmetics companies.
