Desired Candidate Profile

Should be from Product Dev/eComm /Internet/ SAAS/Startups

Preferred: Candidates from Tier 1 Tech Schools

Exp: 2 - 5 years

Product Development :

- Has the ability to recommend new processes / alternatives to meet Product development requirements and rolling them out within the specifies timeframes

- Should be able to build solutions which are easily configurable, deployable and secure .

Product Release & Iteration Planning :

- Responsible for planning product iterations & releasing iterations on schedule

Leadership Abilities :

- Has proven ability to lead a team of 2-4 people.

- Should be able to optimize & effectively manage resources and time of fellow team members

- Should be able to identify, track and mitigate risks to the product

Education:

UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization

PG: MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization

Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
