Roles and Responsibilities -
Managing manpower & material effectively.
Responsible for production planning for comp. Assembly.
Training session with associates in morning meeting & shift end meeting.
Responsible to check the availability of child parts according to production plan.
Implementation of POKA-YOKE and KAIZENS for continuous improvements.
Implementing Quality system/ Procedures in the organization to reduce rejection.
Responsible for production planning and M/P utilization.
Responsible for continuous measurement of the process parameters and analyzing them.
Responsible to make the CAPA(Defect Analysis Sheet) against the customer complaint.
Responsible for timely dispatched of the finished goods.
Ensure safety at work place & safety regulations are being followed.
To conduct daily deep analysis for 20-minutes on shop floor to improve 5S.
Responsible for all kinds of plant internal and external audits & visits.
Coordinating with disciplines for related issues.
Skill matrix updating of line operators according to their skills & future plan of them for skill level upgrade.
Make properly Work Instructions for new model & editing for some changes.
