Job Description
Job descriptionResponsible for handling shift activities and maintenance of machines/ spares.
Key Performance Indicators

Inventory Control
Preventive maintenance
Records ISO Documentation
EHS
Able to plan for inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies as per requirements to carry out the production process efficiently.
Ensure the smooth running of the production processes
Attend and resolve problems arising in the process
Planning of routine jobs and task allocation
Maintain work flow by monitoring the steps of the process and observing control points and equipments
Machine inspection through daily round
Repairing of defective instruments
Maintenance of the panels
Maintaining of daily log books
Able to put together maintenance records and ISO documentation as per defined parameters.
Able to comply with health and safety regulations and ensures that all necessary records are maintained and prepared according to established guidelines
Removal of the waste from the production area for proper working conditions
Ensure compliance with safety measures

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Educational Qualifications, Relevant Experience Relevant Industry Experience
B.Tech with minimum 0-1 years of work experience
Diploma with minimum 0-2 years of work experience
Knowledge of BOPET/BOPP/ CPP products ,Manufacturing process Equipments
Knowledge of plant machinery, Electronic Drawings, PLC , SCADA
Knowledge of PLC, SCADA,HVAC, DC/AC Drives and Gauging system knowledge
Ability to think out of the box and can create innovative solutions to work problems
Ability to go beyond customer s need and expectations and understand the correlation between Customer satisfaction to Business impact and act accordingly
Ability to think about organization and teams first before self. Ability to create a level of trust, mutual respect and sharing approach in the team.
Take personal responsibility for achieving the results. Ability to go beyond what is needed in every situation by overcoming obstacles
Ability to handle problems using logical and systematic approach
Ability to change the way of organizational working into systematic working.
Ability to listens and pays attention to other s point of view and shares information in clear and concise manner.
Ability to identify need for changes and supports in implementation of change processes.
Ability to influence others to achieve the goal/mission and takes ownership of the tasks or assignments and also its outcome
