Job Description
Responsibilities :Lead generation and cold calling. Also, calls on the leads given by the company.
Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
Use scripts to provide information about Service, features, prices etc. and present their
benefits.
Ask pertinent questions to understand the customers requirements.
Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their
needs.
Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Coordinate with the prospective customers over emails and calls.
Handle global sales.
Ensure customer satisfaction and identify new opportunities to increase sales.
Develop and maintain constructive relationships with key personnel, customers.
Analyze, evaluate and assess performance/sales targets for our different services.
Proven ability to position products against competitors.
Ability to work under pressure, manage sensitive issues and deliver to tight deadlines.
Requirements
Minimum 2 year experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets preferably over the phone.
Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone
systems
Bidding profile would be an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Good at working on excel spreadsheets and PPT presentations.
Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
Persistent and results-oriented.
Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
Self-motivated, ambitious and an energetic individual.
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
Any graduate with relevant experience can apply.
