Role requires handling the work related to legal.
The ideal candidate must have an LLB with 3-5 years experience in handling legal compliance and litigation in the Real Estate Industry.
1. The candidate will be dealing with all kinds of litigation in various Courts of Law.
2. Drafting property documents like Leave and License Agreement, Lease Deed, Agreement for Sale and Sale Deed Should have handled lease, lease and license agreements.
3. Should have a sharp legal acumen and an eye for detail with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, drive and tenacity.
4. Candidates having prior experience of working in a real estate setup will be preferable.
5. Experience in legal drafting.
6. Required knowledge of RERA and T&C diversion.
