Job Description:

12- 18 years of overall experience of which at least 8 years in Business Excellence/Quality role
Should have done Transformation & Business Excellence roles in large capacity
Understands offerings like Customer Operations/ Information Technology/ Finance and Accounting/ Networks/ Human Resource Services
Ability to lead teams in a matrix structure
Customer Oriented /Ability to understand Partner needs and leverage Lean six sigma methodology to create process improvement
Well versed with various Process Improvement frameworks ie. Lean Six Sigma BPMS
Coach and mentor team of MBBs/BBs in deploying Lean Six Sigma methodology
