Experience as DM in Infra / CIS / CRS Projects
Responsible for overall delivery for Infra Programs
Overall Responsibility of SoW and SLA Adherence
To oversee the delivery commitments to client and to meet / exceed SLA/KPI targets
Should be able to make conduct monthly & Quarterly business reviews with Customer s senior leadership.
Organize periodic reviews with all towers leads and service owners
Periodic analysis of the inflight projects and track efforts spent by BAU team .
Drive delivery lead revenue to increase revenue
Improve the bulge, billable rookie ration, Avg PPC and OM parameters to improve the account margin.
Maintain good Customer satisfaction scores in TCSAT, PCSAT, Pulse and ACSAT
Have an active engagement with customer and to build relationships at all levels of customer organization by ensuring timely resolution of issues and concerns and beat their expectations.
To develop talent needed for the account and groom leaders
To implement effective employee engagements including career planning, capability building and providing right opportunities
To drive people processes Timely appraisals, WLQ, MSI, Progression etc.,
Prior experience in managing confluence responsibilities as DM
Deliver value benefits to customer through Value Creation, Six Sigma and Lean Projects
Planning and implementation of events like Client Visits, Town Hall meetings, Delivery workshops
Key Skills
Delivery Manager would be responsible for overall delivery
Business value initiatives, Contract compliance
COD and customer satisfaction of the engagement.
This is a critical delivery position which involved interaction with Senior leadership of Customer and contribute to revenue growth and COD improvement of the account.
