Job Description and Candidate expectation :-
Minimum 2-7 Years recruiting or sourcing experience. 2+ years recruiting or sourcing for a global enterprise preferred. strong experience in US Contract Hiring.
The Recruiter will be responsible for candidate pipeline development identifying potential candidates through the use of intricate Boolean searches user groups social networking candidate referrals networking web sourcing and ATS (application tracking system)
Good experience in sourcing for the IT & engineering requirements.
Experienced in Hiring on contact requirements is mandatory.
Ability to generate a high volume and high quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines.
Prioritize multiple functions tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast paced changing work environment.
Deep knowledge of sourcing methodologies and tools.
Exceptional interviewing communication organizational and problem solving skills
Ability to partner with recruiters and hiring managers.
Strong business acumen to be able to comprehend business needs and structure.
Excellent oral and written communication skills an ability to multitask strong attention to detail and be able to work autonomously.
