Job Description

Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversity
.Work with Manufacturing Engineers across aerospace locations to identify the process improvements in Teamcenter Manufacturing.
.Experience on Teamcenter System administration -Installation and configuration Teamcenter
.Experience on BMIDE Work Flow designer Query LOV MPP Structure Manager
.Experience in supporting L2/L3 level Teamcenter issues.
.Functional Validation of Teamcenter upgrades and HON Custom upgrades
.Good understanding of Product Life Cycle Management concepts and their application in the area of Manufacturing process management, Bill of Materials, Document Management.
.Package & deploy custom codes and assist various project teams during their solution validation (unit, system, and user acceptance testing)
.Teamcenter PLM functionality testing experience.
.Expertise in writing, reviewing and execution of test plans, test scenarios and test cases.
.Experience in Automating test cases in QTP
.Having excellent communication skill and presentation skills,
.Be able to define the problem statement and work scope
Job Expectations:
.Proactively leading Teamcenter activities assigned, working with global team and global timing.
.Supporting L2/L3 level Teamcenter issues.
.Work with Development team for issue fixing & Good Knowledge of BMIDE
.Teamcenter PLM functionality testing and Automation of Test cases using QTP
.Expertise in Bug Tracking, Fixing and reporting, leading War Room Calls for Defect Resolution
.Requirements gathering, preparation of Specification and Design documents.

Basic Qualifications and Experience:
.Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electronics/Computer science or equivalent.
.6 to 8 years of Industry experience in Teamcenter Mfg. PLM Manufacturing Process (Mechanical / Electrical /Electronics Industry).
.Aero space industry experience will be desirable. Automotive industry experience is acceptable.

.Self-motivated and able to take on tasks with no supervision. High energy, can-do mindset. Demonstrated ability to manage conflict and must be results-oriented
.Change agent that challenges conventional thinking, approach & methodology.
.Understanding of multiple cultures to collaborate effectively in transnational teams.
.Ability to influence leaders and shop floor personnel. Good interpersonal skills.
.Effective verbal and written communication skills to all levels of the organization. Ability to speak, read and write in the local language will be an advantage.
