Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:CAR SALES:
- Convert the customers for new car sales by closely working with the dealerships and the telesales team under the guidance of the dealer relationship manager.
- Share the detailed customer profiles and the exact requirements with the dealership. In addition, as a car sales expert, get the best prices, fulfill all the other demands of the customers through negotiations with the dealership, and close the sales.
- Coordinate with the telesales team regarding the customers who have made the bookings and track their deliveries.
- Conduct the booking and delivery procedure in collaboration with the customers and the dealership. Ensure that the car is delivered in a smooth and timely manner.
- Build a solid relationship with the customers for future business and references.
- MIS: Update the entire conversation with the customer in the database. Be very detailed in documenting, tracking, and following up with the customers through the online tracking system (online Microsoft excel sheet).
- Convert the customers for car loans by closely working with the dealerships and the telesales team under the guidance of the car loan manager.
- Understand the new car financing products available in the market and the products offered by our partner financial institutions.
- Connect with customers via face-to-face or phone meetings, depending on the situation, to evaluate financial eligibility and the feasibility of granting loans.
- Convert the customers for loan sales who match the requirements of the products offered by our partner financial institutions.
- Follow up with the customers and travel to customers locations, dealerships, and partner financial institutions to coordinate the loan sales.
- Ensure that the proper and correct documentation is obtained from consumers and provided to our partner financial institutions for case logging and conversion.
- Coordinate with the customers and the dealerships to submit all documentation for disbursement and post disbursement of the car loans:
- Documents collection, verification, KYC, credit appraisal, etc.
- Document execution and signature handling.
- Address the customer queries, if any.
- Dispatching the documents, follow-ups on pending documents, and handle the loan-related queries of the customers.
- Focus on Approval Ratio, Higher LTV (Loan-to-Value), and TAT (Turn around time).
- Coordinate with the telesales team and the customers, recognize the customers precise insurance requirements for their new cars, and suggest the best insurance policy to fulfill those requirements.
- Ensure maximizing sales of car insurance and accessories from partners.
- Mandatory to have car sales experience of at least two (2) years.
- Detailed understanding and experience of selling car loans.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Must be tech-savvy (have experienced in MS Excel and well-versed with the Web).
- Use WhatsApp to keep in constant touch with customers.
- Must have the ability to learn about cars and financial services and talk about and explain them to customers.
- Solid coordination and planning skills.
- Good time-management skills.
- Must be an outstanding team player.
