Qualifications: - HR Background preferred.
Experience Required 3+ Years

Job Description-
PF ESIC registration of new employees
Handling queries related to PF & ESIC of existing employees.
PF ESIC Challan generation.
Responsible for handling any claims related PF Esic matters.
Responsible for Governance of statutory compliances as per Factories act, Contact Labour act, EPF act, Employees Compensation Act, Payment of Wages Act, Payment of Bonus Act etc.
Identification of areas within IR which could be automated and ensure smooth deployment of relevant initiatives.
Key skills
Good Interpersonal Skills.
Good Drafting Skills.
Fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi.
