Duties and Responsibilities
1. Create new facts and dimensions based on the Technical Design document.
2. Create and maintain Type I and Type II Modification of Prebuilt Mappings
3. Analyze and Customize the Repository .RDP file in order to meet the reporting and Dashboard needs
4. Maintain and correct defects of the prebuilt mappings
5. Create new Workflows and run jobs using the Data Warehouse Administration Console (DAC)
Ultimate result of service
Scripts, procedures and documentations on new data extractions, data models, system configurations /modifications that meet the defined timeline and quality standard.
To deliver state-of-the-art reporting to enable Self-Service and create Human resources scorecard.
Outputs/Works Assignment
. HRM Scorecard Facts and Dimensions: Implement Dimensions and Facts involve in HRM Scorecard Dimensional Model.
. Correct defects and modify HRM Scorecard Dimensions and Facts.
. Performance Tuning of the existing Mappings in order to reduce the load window.
. Personal Action Fact for advanced Human Resources metrics and scorecard to support Human resources
. Scorecard and reports to the GA and External Organizations (ICSC, CEB etc.)
. Integration of Information from multiple sources (IMIS-Sybase, PeopleSoft-Oracle, etc.) to meet HR Business needs
. Develop a Budget and Expenditure Fact to support GA and Management reports
. Develop a Payroll Fact to support GA and management reports.
. Develop and maintain ETLs for the various inbound data from various enterprise systems such as Inspira and Umoja provide data to such systems.
. Perform integration of information from multiple sources (Umoja, PeopleSoft-Oracle, etc.)
. Develop and provide dashboards and reports based on the functional design documents
Skill Set
. Must have minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in support and development.
. Experience with ETL tools, Informatica, DAC is required.
. Must know how to write advance SQL and working with MSSQL server and Oracle SQL database and optimize existing queries.
. Experience in modeling and building OBIEE repository layers.
. Experience developing reports and dashboards in OBIEE.
. Exposure to PeopleSoft HCM and/or Enterprise Learning is preferable.
