Job Description :
Will be as Profit Centre Head for the Zone.
Responsible for growing Gold Loan as per the AOP planned for the Zone.
Responsible for developing and growing Cross Sell products through Branches and alternative Channels.
Coordinate with Third Party vendors to support and grow the products such as Personal Loan/ Home Loan/Insurance/ Mutual fund and NCD's business through Branches.
Develop strategies to increase New customer acquisition at Regional Level based on Market Trend.
Responsible for setting up target for interest collection Quarter on Quarter.
Competition data analysis on regular intervals and develop strategy with counter offers and products.
Responsible to support the regions requirement with necessary timely approvals from CO and HO.
Responsible for ensuring superior customer service at branches.
Ensure to set up excellent distribution channel by exploring opening new branches at regions in every Quarter/ Merging of branches etc.
Responsible for maintaining the quality of the AUM which focused attention in NPA management for all regions.
Review and Implement new security system to prevent incident like fraud/ burglary/robbery/dacoit and train the team to handle situations under extreme pressure.
Responsible for overall performance of the zone and do periodic visit to the region/branches under the zone.
Ensure the Gold Loan SOP to be followed and inculcated in branch operations across the zone.
Ensuring adherence to laid down instructions with regard to conduct of business and administration by branches under the zone.
Reviewing audit reports and take necessary actions to close the irregularities found in the branches within the TAT.
Periodic events to be programmed for the business promotion to create brand equity for Muthoot Group.
Conducting periodic training program for development of the Managers & the staffs to take additional responsibilities.
Ensure less than 2% of attrition at Zonal level.
Conduct Rewards and Engagement Program at Regions in every quarter.
Ensure cost effective fund management among branches within the region.
