Job Description
Leading Pharma Co is looking for Plant HR / HRBP based at Indore.
- MBA with 8 years of experience preferably having an understanding about the domain of Pharmaceutical API
- Knowledge of principles and procedures of recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiations is must.
- Knowledge of HR Technology like SAP Success Factors, MS Office, Org Plus Org Chart will be value added.
Job details:
This position is responsible to perform activities in the human resources, includes screening, recruitment, interviewing and placing workers, onboarding of employees, employee administration, and providing continuous performance coaching and development training, and also responsible for the coordination of Payroll, Statutory, Taxation at the site.
