Urgent Opening For Production Engineer (Sheet metal,Fabrication) @ Alpha Staffing

Prod. Supervisor - Press & Fabrication shop 5-6 years experience
Daily production and dispatch planning on priority basis of press components.
Handling permanent & casual manpower.
Monitor daily production target as per schedule time with quantity & quality.
Parameter setting done after change die as per production plan.
Process defect analysis and elimination of same.
Conduct daily meeting with Quality Dept & Operator for customer complaint, IHR & necessary actions and accordingly
Prepare & monitor action plan.
Prepare & monitor yield improvement & cost saving project
Monitor monthly physical stock counting
Manpower & material management according to production plan.
Adherence with Quality parameters
Attending defect at customer end and taking internal action and permanent action.
Developing new fixtures, Gauges for inspection ,as well as manufacturing
Effective Utilization of minimum manpower for carried requirement
To maintain 5s activity in shop floor & Kizen on machines.
Monitoring like Production target, Machine breakdown, Quality problems, Break down of Tools, Die setup time, Rejection.
