Job Description

* Generating new sales opportunities by cold calling and networking.
* Contacting prospective customers who have sent enquiries and converting them to members.
* Preparing new membership documentation, explaining terms to customers, and arranging
payment methods.
* Delivering consistent levels of new member registration to the organization. Ability to set &
achieve targets.
* Negotiating contracts and packages
* Preparing regular reports for the sales manager summarizing progress.
* Representing The Weigh-Train at a range of community and fitness events.
* Realizing and actualizing possible social media collaborations with fitness influencers / celebs.
* Establishing relationships with local businesses with the aim of promoting our corporate
fitness programs / Corporate collaborations or Sponsorships for possible Fitness related
events.
* Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
* Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits.
* Preparing new clients/ sales/business documentation, explaining terms to customers and
arranging payment methods.
* Preparing regular reports for the sales manager summarizing progress.
* Representing By Shachina and its subsidiaries at various Commercial Events, Exhibitions /
Conferences and Meetings and at a range of community events.
