Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Preparation of project implementation schedule and project monitoring on a daily basis& responsible for the completion of all documentation.
- Preparation of offer, proposals& data sheet and follow-up for the projects. Cost Estimation of reactor vessels, scrubbers, pipes, and fitting and mixer settlers, etc.
- Discussions with subcontractor and subordinates to achieve scheduled targets and managing projects From conception, pre-production through to completion and managing project budgets and keeping costs Down
- Coordinate with clients for technical, commercial, and site issues.
- Certification/Approval of Drawings, QAP & preparing documentation of the project.
- Design, Manufacturing, erections & Commissioning of Reactors, vessels, heaters, etc., and getting it approved from clients.
- Responsibility of Quality Check & Inspection, preparation of inspection reports and ensures that the work is done in accordance with the approved drawings and is inspected and tested in accordance with the approved QAP.
- Study the processes and carry out necessary steps to increase productivity and improve the process.
- Project execution including understanding specification, engineering drawings, basic design aspects, quality requirements during fabrication, erection schemes & familiarity with codes like BS 4994, ANSI, BS EN 13121.
- Understanding the technical and process knowledge of unit operations, mass, and energy balance calculation, line sizing, pump selection, P&ID, PFD.
- Upgrading to the other sections of the Plant &Performing plant operation with safety interlocks.
Required Skills:
- Experience in project execution including understanding specification, engineering drawings, basic design aspects, quality requirements during fabrication, erection schemes & familiar with codes like BS 4994, ANSI, BS EN 13121.
- Having technical and process knowledge of unit operations, mass and energy balance calculation, line sizing, pump selection, P&ID, PFD, and also site experience & erection of heavy Mechanical Equipment, storage vessels, scrubber, pipes, and fittings,
- Basic knowledge and understanding of process and equipment
- Excellent Communication skill
- Good interpersonal skill
- Should be a team player and ability to work under pressure
- Should be creative, innovative, and adaptable
- Eagerness to learn
- Comfortable with traveling
