Job Description

• Should have an experience and expertise in Automation Anywhere tool.
• Experience in XPath, VBA, Scripting, SQL, SAP Automation, Control room
• Develop, test, deploy the BOT and Demonstrate BOT Demo to end user.
• Hands on Experience on software delivery lifecycle on RPA projects like process mapping, business requirement, functional and technical specification, design test script, test plan.
• Worked closely with Process SME's to prepare Process Definition Document (PDD) & Solution Design Document (SDD) and educated SME's to work with Bots in production.
• Review the failure BOT & exception cases and fix the bug at immediate manner.
• Proactively create some useful utility tools in C# and Automation Anywhere
• Credential management: Managing passwords updated regularly so that the BOT may never stuck due to old password expiry problems
• Daily used support Document: It is highly important to maintain the support documentation
• Code deployment: Task uploads which are requested by the developers to make the bot more functional, from development/ pre prod environment to the production environment.
• BOT Monitoring activities.
• Good problem solving & execution skills.
• Works well individually as well as with the team, shares information, supports colleagues.
