Domestic IT staffing.
Role:-Sr IT Recruiter/Lead Recruiter/Individual Contributor Role.
Salary: Excellent Salary Package & Incentives.
Recruiter Experience: 1- 5 Years.
Timings: 9 AM - 6 PM.
Location: Bangalore and Hyderabad. Work from Home.
Must have hands on experience in Contract and Contract-Hire Staffing.
Should be able to work in a target driven environment.
Should have Min 2yrs of experience working as a recruiter in domestic staffing.
Must be well versed with different technology hiring's.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Must be self-directed, ability to work independently, highly responsive, and detail oriented in completing assigned tasks.
Exceptional analytical and interpersonal skills
Positive thinker, energetic, articulate, and highly motivated with strong work ethics
Strong focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships.
Out of the box thinker and high on integrity.
