Leading a team of 5 Junior human resource.
Building and maintaining profitable relationships with Clients.
Second level Technical Rounds and send official mail for shortlisted candidates from clients.
Make Cold calls or Mail to get requirement for our clients.
Send Greetings Mail to Clients and Agreement work and invoice Maintenance.
Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms.
Maintaining a smooth on boarding process (Welcome kit & appointment & every Month salary & attendance And accounts ).
