Job Description
Experienced Engineering & Maintenance professional from pharma formulations industry required urgently for Rs 75 cr. established finished formulations manufacturer at Chennai

- Position:Asst Manager Engineering & Maintenance
- Products:Finished pharma formulations
- Location:(Chennai)
- Salary: Upto Rs 5 lakhs all inclusive (accommodation not provided)
- Weekly off: Sunday

Candidate profile:
- Age: 32-40 years
- Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical / Production Engg
- Minimum 10 years with thorough knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical systems used in Pharmaceutical Industry
- Hands-on experience in handling AHUs, Purified Water Systems would be an advantage
- Should have been either a part of the team or have independently faced and cleared the regulatory audits. Should have faced at least one regulatory audit.(essential)
- Proven experience as Team leader
- Good communication skills (proficiency in Tamil desired)
- Additional experience in having set up production / utilities equipment desired
Responsibilities
- Qualification of Equipment
- Preparation of URS/DQ and independently conduct FAT/SAT.
- Preparation of various documentation like IQ/PQ/OQ.
- Calibration and Preventive maintenance.
- Establishing SOPs.
- Deviation management of OOS/OOT/NC.
- Qualification of the site, area, machines etc.
- Training Programs.
- Internal audits.
- Vendor development
- AMC finalization with the vendors.
