Handling end to end recruitment
Scheduling and Tracking the Shortlisted Candidates until they join.
Candidate must possess good listening skills, Confidence, multitasking ability, Time management skill, Quick learner and Team working ability
Training the new joiners mid level to management level
Sourcing candidates using monster & other job portals
Fetching data from monster & sourcing candidates
Target based recruitment
