Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

1.Customer profiling and requirements gathering:

  • Connect potential or existing customers to get/give information about the cars, loans, insurance schemes, and the other services they might be interested in, like GPS tracker for cars, etc.
  • Understand the requirements and needs of the assigned customers like budget, RTO, brand, model, variant, any old car for exchange and background like company working, business, expectations, when they are looking to buy, locations where the customers reside, color requirements, etc. Then, if customers ask for the test drive, keep the same notes for further dealer team coordination. In essence, Have a thorough understanding of customer needs like what they want, when they want, and what they are willing to pay for it.
  • Enter and update the customers information and the entire conversation in the database.
  • Retain customers by building a trustworthy relationship on the very first call.
2.Follow-ups:

  • Regularly follow up with all the customers from the list, find out the hot customers, and transfer them to the dealer team.
3.Dealer team coordinations, price communication, and Bookings:

  • Share the detailed customer profiles and the exact requirements with the dealer team.
  • Get the best prices, fulfill all the other demands of the customers through the dealer team coordination, and close the sales.
  • Coordinate with the dealer team to convert the customers and send the customers to the dealership for the booking.
4.Insurance and loans coordination:

  • Learn and use different insurance portals like Godigit, Tata AIG, Mintpro, etc., to provide the best insurance quotation to the customers.
  • Coordinate with the loan team regarding the customers loan requirements.
5.MIS reporting:

  • Be very detailed in documenting, tracking, and following up with the customers through the online tracking system (online Microsoft excel sheet).
6.Delivery tracking:

  • Maintain a list of all customers that have made the booking via Car Jasoos and track their deliveries by coordinating with the dealer team.
  • At the time of deliveries, coordinate with the dealer team to issue insurance.
  • Get the car delivery pictures once the car is delivered and ask for their experiences and reviews for the services of CarJasoos.
7.Excitement to learn new things about the cars:

  • Reading blogs and watching Youtube videos and other sources of automotive information to learn about cars and become a car consultant.
KEY COMPETENCIES, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 1-2 years of proven experience in the car dealership as a telesales executive or a sales executive.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Enthusiastic for talking to the customers, maintaining and developing relationships.
  • Must be tech-savvy (have experienced in MS Excel and well-versed with the Web).
  • Use WhatsApp to keep in constant touch with customers.
  • Must have the ability to learn about cars and financial services and talk about and explain them to customers.
  • Solid coordination and planning skills.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Must be an outstanding team player.
