Team Handling role; responsible for self & team targets.
Conducting periodic performance reviews of the Sales team,
Manage the recruiting objective setting, Coaching & performance monitoring of Outsourced Sales Team
Geographical knowledge is a must.
Must have extensive exposure of Commercial Vehicle / Car/ CE/ Tractor vertical.
