Roles and Responsibilities

Recruit and create a large down line team of Advisors.

Training & development of Agency Sales force to make them best in selling Insurance products.

Making joint calls to assist the down line team for sales & training purpose.

Achieve GWP Sales Target

Drive different contest and benefits offered by co. for front line sales team.

Motivate and assist Advisors to achieve highest possible Club Membership.

Manage documentation process during issuance of policy.
