Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop new software solutions to solve Client issues
Maintain and improve existing software applications
Diagnose and resolve application compatibility issues with the Windows operating system
Assist sales and support in the implementation and maintenance of software solutions
Provide support to other IT staff in high priority issue resolution
Create and present internal presentations, White Papers and Red Papers on technical solutions
Provide training to support team on how to implement solutions
Education
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
Experience
Minimum 5 years experience with deep working knowledge and understanding of programming design patterns
Analytical, logical problem resolution skills
Knowledge of Windows and Linux architecture, implementation and key functionality
Experience with issue tracking systems and code respository like Jira and Bit Bucket
Demonstrable history solving complex problems
Skills
Knowledge of Database Systems like MySQL
Programming experience with Java, Python, Javascript, PHP or similar programming languages.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills verbal & written.
Attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly.
Extreme focus on Client satisfaction.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work calmly and professionally in high pressure situations.
