Roles and Responsibilities The Main work is Interior FIT-OUT, Site Handling Oversee day to day operations of the site. Overseeing work execution. Handling multiple workers for different tasks. Assigning tasks for workers. Monitoring Interior Site Project progress. Problem-solving orientation and communication abilities with workers. Provide for site safety and security; devise and implement site policies and procedures. Provide positive direction to motivate quality performance; discipline personnel when necessary and appropriate. Coordination for deliveries of materials and equipment.
