Job Description

Key Performance Areas
Adherence to the timeliness and accuracy in preparation, review and presentation of periodical:
- Financial Statements
- Direct and Indirect Tax returns, filings and other relevant statements - Tax projections
- Routine MIS on working capital, cash flow statements, - Other reports as and when needed by Management,
Adherence to timeline and accuracy in preparation of various financial reports such as evaluation of alternatives, competing CAPEX proposals, working on financial feasibility, etc.
Implementation and / or improvement of current accounting and other systems,

Identifying cost reduction opportunities,
Responsible to legally minimize tax liabilities through informed application of tax laws and regulations and managing compliance,
Provide internal tax advisory services and support on business operation matters to the Company,
No. of process improvements initiated and implemented successfully,
Managing and catering efficiently and effectively to the needs of audits, other external government / tax authorities / consultants / advisors and other Management initiatives and special projects.
Manage and mentor other team members to greater levels of effectiveness and engagement.
