Criteria :

Any Graduate/MBA
Minimum 6 months of Experience in life insurance -Sales -Telesales /VRM/Tele channel / Relationship Manager / Bancassurance / Banc channel Experience preferred.
Good Communication Skills
Excellent customer handling skills.
Should be goal-oriented
Max 30 years of age.

Roles & Responsosibilities

Handling Bank Branch for Life Insurance Products.
Relationship building with employees and branch managers of the concerned bank and to keep them motivated for business generation
Increase sales of insurance products through assigned Bank Branch and devising plans to increase insurance sales through Banc staff and customers
Getting leads from allotted Bank branches and source business through direct marketing techniques.
Support branch employees in their sales effort, in terms of generating benefit illustrations, accompanying on client calls if required, etc
Spearhead all lead generation initiatives from the bank whether through walk-in, data-mining, referrals, and others.
Joint Calls with bank branch staff for sales of Insurance Products.
Training of Branch Employees on regular basis on insurance products.
